Electronic Test/Repair Technician
Hanelinus, one of the leaders in custom manufacturing and re-engineering of electronic devices and barcode terminals, is currently seeking Electronic Test/Repair Technician in Eagan, Minnesota. This position entails handling, cleaning, testing, diagnosing and repairing assorted retail electronic assemblies; such as: barcode scanners, touchscreens, terminals, PC based systems, and etc. We will provide on-the-job training as needed. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided after successful completion of probationary period.
Position Responsibility:
Track and clean electronic assemblies to be tested or repaired
Test and repair electronic assemblies
Generate test procedures for different assemblies
Generate repair tickets and test reports
Prepare necessary documents including schematics, fabrication drawings, and etc.
Ability to make repair or scrap decision
Identifying and cross referencing components
Maintain a clean and orderly test/repair area
Organize and storage or replacement components and assemblies
Qualification:
Technical college certificate or equivalent to 2+ years of technical experience
Strong soldering, troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Strong presentation, writing and communication skills
Adaptability and ability to work in a diverse team environment
Demonstrate multi tasking skills and ability to organize workload
